In collaboration with groups from the Washington State University, WA, USA, we published a structure-activity relationship study mapping the importance of lipophilic linkers on binding affinity and in vivo imaging potential of a series of phosphoramidate-based prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) inhibitors. The best inhibitor from this series is slated for a human clinical trial later this year.
