We are pleased to announce the publication of our recent collaborative study with (Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore) in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces. This work presents a multifunctional nanodrug conjugate based on ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles, designed for dual optical and MRI-guided targeted therapy of PSMA-positive prostate cancer. The agent demonstrates high tumor specificity, therapeutic efficacy, and an excellent safety profile in preclinical models.
