We are delighted to announce the acceptance of a new collaborative study in Scientific Reports, led by Dr. Tarawneh from Tafila Technical University, in close collaboration with Sippl group at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. The study reports the development of novel indole-based hydroxamic acid derivatives as potent and selective HDAC10 inhibitors with promising anticancer activity. Our laboratory contributed recombinant enzymes and biochemical expertise to support the enzymatic evaluation of the inhibitors. Congratulations to all collaborators on this achievement!
