In collaboration with C. Berkman group (Washington State University, Pullman, USA) we published a paper describing the development and structural and functional characterization of [18 F]-labeled phosphoramidate peptidomimetic PSMA-targeted inhibitor for PET imaging of prostate cancer. Our crystallographic data provided mechanistic explanation for the high affinity interactions of the studied compounds with human PSMA.
