We are pleased to share that our collaborative paper, “Cellular Target Engagement and Dissociation Kinetics of Class I-Selective Histone Deacetylase (HDAC) Inhibitors,” has been accepted in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences. The study provides new insight into how class I-selective HDAC inhibitors engage their targets and how long they remain bound in cells. We were glad to host Irina Honin for a short research stay in our lab last year, during which she helped optimize the cellular target engagement assay used in this work. Congratulations to all collaborators on this nice result!
