In collaboration with Sippl and Schutkowski labs (Halle, Germany) we used the AlphaFold models of HDAC11 for structure-based virtual screening of compound libraries. Our approach was successful in identifying novel inhibitory scaffolds with HDAC11 selectivity. Congratulations to all collaborators!
