BMCL manuscript!

We have just published a manuscript in the Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters describing synthesis of carbonate-containing urea-based inhibitors and their interactions with human glutamate carboxypeptidase II. Our data reveal novel scaffolds that could be used as leads for the design of more lipophilic GCPII inhibitors. The manuscript was done in close collaboration with Youngjoo Byun group, Korea University, Seoul, South Korea. Congratulation to all colleagues involved.
