We are pleased to share that our new collaborative paper has been published in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry. The study identifies a new class of selective HDAC6 inhibitors that reprogram tumor-associated macrophages, enhance antitumor immunity, and improve the response to anti-PD-1 therapy in a melanoma model. The work was spearheaded by our collaborators at Georgetown University and the University of Illinois Chicago, while our team contributed biochemical expertise in inhibitor profiling and selectivity analysis. Congratulations to all co-authors on this excellent result!
