Our collaborative manuscript “Tuning HDAC Inhibition, Cell Uptake and Antiproliferative Activity of Vorinostat-derived Half-sandwich Complexes with Phosphine Co-ligands” has been accepted in Inorganic Chemistry. The study, led by our New Zealand colleagues from the Hartinger lab (University of Auckland), explores how phosphine co-ligands modulate HDAC inhibition, cellular uptake, and anticancer activity of vorinostat-derived organometallic complexes. Our laboratory contributed biochemical and cell-based expertise, including HDAC inhibition profiling and cellular target engagement assays. Congratulations to all co-authors on this nice continuation of our collaborative work!
