We are pleased to share a new study published in Cancer Letters, led by the Czech Centre for Phenogenomics (Institute of Molecular Genetics, Prague), revealing a tumor-suppressive role for CUL4A in colorectal cancer through regulation of HUWE1-mediated SMAD3 shuttling. Our lab contributed biochemical expertise to this broader collaborative effort investigating how ubiquitination modulates key signaling pathways in intestinal homeostasis and cancer progression. Congratulations to our colleagues at CCP and all co-authors!
